TRAVIS ARNETT - PRESIDENT

Travis Arnett earned his degree in Business Administration from The College of Charleston. While working for local general contractors, he developed a deep knowledge of the business and practical skills of construction. In 2008, Travis founded Arnett Construction. Travis believes in Arnett Construction’s core values: integrity, diligent attention to detail and the desire to serve his clients to the fullest.

PATRICK MONAHAN - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Patrick J. Monahan is a proven construction executive with broad-based knowledge and experience based on over 22+ years in the industry. He has successfully completed more than 125 commercial, residential, institutional, and educational projects.

BRIAN HORNE - PROJECT MANAGER

Brian is a project manager with over 35 years in commercial and residential construction including both traditional and newer techniques.

ED STENT - PROJECT MANAGER

Ed Stent has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with experience ranging from residential construction to building process management.

JACOB FUHR - FOREMAN

Jacob Fuhr is the Foreman for Arnett Construction with extensive construction experience in projects including technology companies and restaurants.

EDDIE BRUNSON - SUPERINTENDENT/ PROJECT MANAGER

Eddie Allen Brunson is a project manager for Arnett Construction, with over 20 years of field work in various aspects and scopes of construction projects.

BRYANT JOHNSTON - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (ARNETT CUSTOM HOMES)

Bryant has over 30 years in the construction management industry. Bryant has extensive experience in custom homes and commercial construction.

MICHELLE SEMKEN - OFFICE MANAGER

Michelle joined Arnett Construction in 2009 with previous skills gained from the construction industry. Michelle assists in many aspects of the business and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to our clients.

JOHN CLARY - COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT

John has spent 15 years doing projects from remodel to out-of-the-ground construction. His experience includes: Walmarts, Medical offices, Big box stores, and high-end tenant build outs..

ALTHERON PAYNE - ESTIMATOR

Originally from Texas, Altheron has been estimating for 8 years with experience in the commercial, multi-family, and residential construction industries. He prides himself on building strong relationships with subs.

JEFF DILEO - PROJECT MANAGER

Jeff is a project manager with 10 years of diverse commercial construction experience. He takes pride in finishing projects on time and on budget.

CINDY DICOSOLA - CONTROLLER

Cindy has a BS in Finance and her CPA license. With more than 15 years of experience in construction and manufacturing, financial management and reporting, ERP implementations and integrations.

ERICA BRITTON - ACCOUNT MANAGER

Erica is an AP Specialist with over 15 years experience across a variety of industries. She is a Charleston native with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
