Role and Responsibilities

  • Working with Construction manager and Owner on day to day project related activities
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Answer information requests from subcontractors
  • Ordering Materials for PMs
  • Working with field staff- Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman with active job sites
  • Communicating with Construction manager and owner and relaying information between CM and Owner to PMs
  • Quick response to emails and filtering and prioritizing email traffic
  • Follow up on large online file transfers

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly interested in construction and building with desire and willingness to learn
  • Very well organized and thorough in tasks and duties
  • Able to follow up on all tasks and any open ended issues
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Highly proficient in Google doc and Google Drive
