Role and Responsibilities
- Working with Construction manager and Owner on day to day project related activities
- Scheduling meetings
- Answer information requests from subcontractors
- Ordering Materials for PMs
- Working with field staff- Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman with active job sites
- Communicating with Construction manager and owner and relaying information between CM and Owner to PMs
- Quick response to emails and filtering and prioritizing email traffic
- Follow up on large online file transfers
Skills and Qualifications
- Highly interested in construction and building with desire and willingness to learn
- Very well organized and thorough in tasks and duties
- Able to follow up on all tasks and any open ended issues
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Highly proficient in Google doc and Google Drive
