STONO’S
Headquarters Island, Johns Island
Stono’s is a new restaurant concept coming to Headquarter’s Island, located off of the Johns Island connector. The Johns Island Yacht Harbor restuarant is two stories and will offer some unmatched views of Charleston’s beautiful Stono River.
651 King Street
Downtown Charleston
New construction will sit on the corner lot at King and Line Streets in downtown Charleston. The mixed-use structure is made up of a first-floor restaurant space and a single residential unit on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the top floor living space is flooded with natural light. The cherry on top is a rooftop balcony to overlook bustling downtown Charleston from a private sanctuary.
